Any damage caused by USPS/UPS is not held responsible by Acezz Workshop and will not be covered. However if any item is missing or possibly damaged before shipment we will replace it or issue a refund for the item depending on its availability or any stocking issues/shipping issues. Shipments lost by USPS/UPS are not our responsibility. Customers are charged separately from their order to cover transit costs. This is an independent service outside of Acezz Workshop and is the customers liability once the order is paid. This term is protected by Illinois Law UCC § 2-509.
