Refund policy
If you request to cancel your order before being shipped it is eligible to be refunded. Shipped means having a tracking number assigned to your order. If your order has a tracking number it cannot be refunded. Issues regarding an order need to be reported within 7 business days of receiving the package to qualify for a replacement or refund. If an item arrives damaged. For full refunds, the item/s need to be returned and will be refunded upon receiving the item/s. A refund will not be made until Acezz Workshop has received and verified that all items have been returned. Customers will never be reimbursed for shipping costs on shipped orders of any kind. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
